Full Job Description
THE ROLE
NAND is one of Everpure's most expensive and most constrained inputs, and how it gets allocated across the Contract Manufacturing network determines what actually gets built and shipped. This role owns that decision: translating supplier allocations into executable CM supply plans, deciding where limited supply goes when it can't cover everything, and keeping those calls consistent and defensible across products, customers, and sites. It sits at the intersection of Commodity, Demand Planning, Finance, suppliers, and the CMs - the single point where component availability, production commitments, and financial exposure get reconciled. When supply tightens, this is the person the business relies on for a clear recommendation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the end-to-end NAND supply-demand plan and allocation across the CM network, turning supplier allocations into buildable plans and making the trade-off calls when supply is constrained - with a consistent, auditable basis across products, customers, and sites.
  • Run NAND PO execution (quantity, part number, pricing, delivery timing, open PO status) and hold an accurate picture of consumption, inventory, WIP, and finished goods across CM sites, validating what CMs report rather than taking it at face value.
  • Set and monitor safety stock and min/max levels across sites, identify shortages and supply risks early, and bring mitigation plans and escalations with a recommendation attached, not just a flag.
  • Partner with Finance on NAND pricing, cost variance, inventory aging, and working capital exposure so financial risk is visible before it materializes.
  • Serve as the primary NAND supply interface across Commodity, Demand Planning, Finance, suppliers, and CMs, and give management and S&OP the allocation, PO, and inventory reporting they plan against.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Depth in supply or material planning for constrained components - enough time operating in shortage conditions to have developed real judgment about allocation trade-offs and where the downstream consequences land.
  • Hands-on experience planning through Contract Manufacturers, and working knowledge of semiconductor or electronics component supply.
  • Fluency with supply and inventory data in ERP/MRP systems and in Excel or comparable analytics tools, including the ability to spot when reported inventory and consumption numbers don't reconcile.
  • The ability to hold a clear position and drive a decision across Commodity, Finance, Demand Planning, suppliers, and CMs when priorities compete and there's no clean answer.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
