Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in training leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and critical-to-quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead change and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications: CPTD, CPLP; ISO 9001 familiarity; LMS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement training strategies in line with HUB and product line goals.
• Ensure compliance with training standards across all sites.
• Audit training systems to assess maturity and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach and mentor site training leaders to enhance skills and resilience.
• Collaborate with HUB managers for operational alignment and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and ITM tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and report on workforce development progress.
