Job Description:Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact- Lead deployment of electrical safety strategy across the NAM Transformers organization
- Support sites in executing standardized safety programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations (NFPA, OSHA/CSA, IEC)
- Act as SME in audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments
- Provide guidance on LOTO, arc flash, PPE, and energized work practices
- Train and mentor HSE teams, leaders, and technical staff
- Analyze safety data, identify trends, and prioritize improvements
- Collaborate on capital projects to embed safety from design to commissioning
Your background- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical or industrial safety roles
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA/CSA, UL, and IEC standards
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
