As a Multimedia Specialist, you will support a prominent national security client for the federal government. Your work will include designing and platforming visual, written, and web-based content, to socialize strategic initiatives across various internal audience segments. You will also build interactive intelligence tools to help inform key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Build and maintain SharePoint webparts using modern UI/UX best practices
- Develop and maintain multichannel visual and written content across numerous platforms
- Construct Power BI dashboards with layered views and filters for both contributor and senior-level stakeholders
- Coordinate launch communications for the rollout of SOPs, strategic plans, and department-wide guidance
- Advise on change management messaging during the implementation phase of new strategic principles
- Develop presentations, bespoke imagery, and branded materials for the office, in line with department style guide standards
- Design infographics, templates, and visual explainers that translate complex organizational directives into easily digestible formats

Location: You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC, metro area, with the expectation of working on the client site two-three days a week.
Required Experience/Skills: - BA/BS + 15 Years of relevant experience or a Master's + 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI (dashboard design, filters, audience-layered views)
- Strong SharePoint experience (site building, page design, content publishing)
- Experience developing multiplatform communications materials
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Canva, Affinity Designer, Photoshop, and/or other design tools
- Strong writing/copy skills for digital and internal comms content
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced federal environment
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have an active SECRET clearance
Preferred Experience/Skills: - Existing/Prior (within 5 years) favorable DHS contractor fitness (suitability) determination
- Strategic planning acumen or experience supporting strategy offices
- Experience supporting federal government clients/GovCon environment

Salary: Approximate Salary Estimate: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually
