Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, ideally as a Regional Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees across multiple properties.
• Demonstrated success in driving financial performance across a property portfolio.
• Strong leadership style emphasizing coaching and accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, and property operations.
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and their teams.
• Conduct property inspections and audits to assess conditions and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with marketing strategies and execute on leasing efforts.
• Monitor and drive occupancy rates, lease renewals, and rental income.
• Oversee collections and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Manage physical inspections, safety standards, and property capital needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational reporting.
