About the Role

We are a multi-location hospitality and restaurant group seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Leader to oversee operations across our locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering consistent guest experiences across multiple sites.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant/hospitality locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.
  • Coach, develop, and performance-manage location-level managers and their teams to meet and exceed operational standards.
  • Own P&L responsibilities across all units, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance tracking.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure each location meets business targets.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand standards.
  • Ensure all locations remain compliant with safety regulations and applicable local requirements.
  • Travel regularly between locations as needed to provide hands-on leadership and support.
What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Proven experience in a multi-unit leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience with budgeting and cost control across multiple locations.
  • Ability to develop and enforce SOPs and ensure brand and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City as required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
