Job Description:

LORO, Asian Smokehouse & Bar from Hai Hospitality, is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Houston Kirby team. If you're a collaborative leader who is passionate about hospitality, committed to developing people, and energized by fast-paced, restaurants, we'd love to meet you!

We're offering $80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a General Manager who thrives in high-volume restaurants and has experience developing strong teams while delivering operational results.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • At least 4 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience leading a fast-paced, hospitality-focused restaurant with strong operational standards
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, labor, food cost, and inventory controls
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders
  • The ability to build an engaging, accountable, and positive team culture
  • A genuine love for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences

Basic Qualifications
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
