Job DescriptionYou will be the Multi-Functional Finance Manager for the PAC-3 Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-Functional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that delivers analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value Management.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow.
- Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for program performance.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
