Job DescriptionYou will be the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team which is responsible for overseeing repair activities on F-22 and F-35 platform edges.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics, managing schedules and costs, and driving continuous-improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to perform various repair orders for F-22 and F-35 platforms.
- Forecast completion dates and costs for multiple customer repair orders and track performance against schedule and budget.
- Implement process improvements and resolve constraints to maintain weekly and monthly production cadence.
- Coordinate with support groups to eliminate work-stoppage risks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Report daily and weekly briefings to multiple levels of leadership on status, risks, and results.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
