Job Description
THE WORK
We are looking for an experienced electronics engineer to join our test design and development team in Owego, NY. In this role you will evaluate designs of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for testability, design test software and fixtures, and perform test programming for sub-assembly test platforms including Flying Probe, ICT, Boundary Scan, and Power Supply. The successful candidate will also have experience troubleshooting CCAs to the component level including full root cause analysis, identifying process improvements where defect trends are found.
In addition to the sub-assembly test development this position will include test development for unit test at the module and higher-level assembly. This will include fixture design and verification. Test software development platforms include several machine level languages, LabView, LabWindows, MatLab, among others.
This role requires the ability to obtain a secret level clearance.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
• High proficiency with interpreting electrical schematics, wire tabs, test specifications, assembly drawings and interconnect diagrams and use of schematic design tools.
• Experience with test programming for Flying Probe (Takaya / SPEA), ICT, Boundary Scan
• Experienced user of test and measurement equipment including: Oscilloscopes (digital storage and analog), Digital Multimeter (DMM), Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Signal Generator, Bench Power Supply, Electronic Loads.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organization skills
**Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance after start of employment . Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship*
Desired skills
• Masters Degree
• Experience with LabWindows CVI, Visual Studio, C/C++ or C# Development.
• Experience with test development in PowerStar for power supply systems
• Experience with proposal writing, basis of estimates for government contracts

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
