Managers in news operations will be responsible for knowing the ins and outs of how the teams they support work at every level. • Work with cross-functional teams - including product, development and engineering - to integrate technology solutions into editorial team workflows
  • Offer ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements
  • Develop training materials, lead trainings, and provide guidance to stakeholders on new and updated workflows and technology
  • Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to standardized workflows
  • Ensure editorial teams receive the same level of support and attention no matter the platforms they serve, nor the time of day they work.
