MSIM Growth & Innovation ("MSGI") is an MSIM strategy targeting late-stage, growth equity investments in scaled, private, high-growth companies operating in fast-growing technology sectors. MSGI's inaugural fund, North Haven Growth & Innovation ("NHGIF" or the "Fund") closed on $1.3 billion of capital commitments in an oversubscribed offering in which Morgan Stanley, its affiliates, and employees collectively committed 24% of the Fund's capital. MSGI sits under the broader Private Credit & Equity (PC&E) platform with over 300 professionals globally managing approximately $62Bn of client capital across direct private equity and private-credit strategies.
Since launch, the Fund has already invested in Databricks, Anduril and Ramp, among others. MSGI targets category-defining companies operating in large addressable markets with significant long-term compounding potential. The Fund seeks to leverage the Integrated Firm, bringing together capabilities across Morgan Stanley's Investment Management, Institutional Securities and Wealth Management divisions, and drawing on the breadth of the Firm's relationships across the private growth ecosystem.
