Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology (AAS) required.
• MRI Technologist Certification (ARRT MRI or ARMRIT) required.
• AHA CPR Certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience performing MRI exams strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic MRI equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams following established protocols for high-quality results.
• Safely operate MRI equipment and maintain its operational readiness.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Assist radiologists with special procedures and manage contrast media administration.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms for expedited patient service.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to safety standards.
• Promote quick turnaround of exam rooms through effective stocking and supply management.
