MRI Fusion Specialist

Location: Remote (Central United States Preferred)
Travel: Extensive (80%+)
Position Summary

The MRI Fusion Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation, launch, and ongoing support of MRI Fusion programs across the Company's nationwide network of physician partnerships and independent customer accounts. This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for all aspects of MRI Fusion, including clinical workflow, equipment, operational implementation, physician education, financial modeling, and program optimization.

The MRI Fusion Specialist will lead new account launches from planning through go-live, establish standardized operating procedures, train clinical personnel, and transition programs to local teams for long-term success. This individual will work closely with Operations, Business Development, and Physician Partners to ensure MRI Fusion programs are implemented efficiently while delivering exceptional clinical and financial outcomes.

Because this position supports accounts nationwide, extensive travel is required.
Program Implementation
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of all new MRI Fusion accounts nationwide.
  • Develop implementation timelines and coordinate successful account launches.
  • Configure clinical workflows and operational processes.
  • Ensure equipment, supplies, and operational resources are available prior to go-live.
  • Serve as the primary implementation lead until the account is fully operational.
Clinical Training
  • Provide hands-on training for physicians, technologists, nurses, and clinical staff.
  • Train designated technicians.
  • Develop standardized training materials.
  • Conduct follow-up visits.
MRI Fusion Subject Matter Expert
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of MRI Fusion technology, software, imaging systems, and biopsy workflows.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations.
  • Serve as the internal MRI Fusion resource.
Operational Excellence
  • Develop standardized operating procedures.
  • Monitor implementation success metrics.
  • Troubleshoot operational or clinical challenges.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Business Development.
Financial & Business Support
  • Develop financial proformas.
  • Present investment return analyses.
  • Demonstrate MRI Fusion impact within physician OpCos.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000 annually + Commission and bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
