Qualifications

Join JRC's Strategic Defense & International Operations (SDIO) Team!

JRC's SDIO team is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, mission-driven Model-Based Systems Engineer to help shape the next generation of Joint Battle Management and Joint Defense Planning capabilities. If you thrive at the intersection of systems architecture, advanced modeling, and real-world test environments, this role puts you right where the decisions get made. You'll work across the full test lifecycle - from unit-level contractor testing to digital simulation, HWIL, exercises, and live range events - all in support of a high-visibility software acquisition effort. This is a chance to influence architectures, guide system behavior, and ensure joint warfighters get the capabilities they need.

What You'll Do
