Role Overview
Sigma is growing and we are recruiting a MOD Sales Engineer. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on sales of elevator and escalator MOD package, as well as identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of MOD products, equipment and services.


Responsibilities

Sales of escalator and elevator MOD package

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of Mod products, equipment, and services.

  • Provides Mod package in technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

  • Establish new customer off portfolio by identifying potential customers and planning site survey and sales call schedule.

  • Develop potential customer list and control MOD sales activities in Modernization to achieve sale turnover and agreed margin.

  • Build and maintain a customer relationship with both off port and on port customers to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term relationship sale.

  • Develop and control sale strategy for modernization to achieve Modernization sale target and plan number.

  • Accountable for collecting the first payment, payment securities and final payment to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed work with filed engineering team to complete hand over project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant sale industry products

  • 2-5 years in elevator/escalator industry

  • Good command of English both written and spoken

  • Good computer skills

  • Good at communication and human relations
