Full Job Description
As a MoCap Supervisor at Ubisoft Montreal, you will be responsible for the overall management of motion capture studio operations within ALICE, at the heart of Ubisoft productions. Acting as both a people leader and an operational anchor, you will plan activities, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth day-to-day production delivery.

You will provide high-quality service to production teams by ensuring studio performance, reliable deliverables, and strong internal partner satisfaction. You will work closely with technical and R&D teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team development in a collaborative, structured environment.
