Full Job Description
he Experience Validation Mobility team verifies that Leo delivers a reliable customer experience across land, maritime, and aviation mobility, testing the out-of-the-box experience, end-to-end network performance, and real-world user stories in vehicles, vessels, and aircraft in real world conditions. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of Experience Validation Mobility verification across these segments.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be the connective tissue between the PMT, business development, and engineering teams, keeping test strategy, environments, targets, and timelines aligned with real customer requirements and SLAs. You will own the program mechanics behind a complex, hardware-intensive testing operation. You will manage cross-segment test schedules and dependencies, track progress against network performance targets, and drive the readiness of test environments including van, vessel, and aircraft testbeds, their HW infrastructure, and the test software and tooling. You will coordinate with internal and external partners (engineering teams, flight-test and vessel vendors, and field-quality engineering) to keep test coverage aligned with a fast-moving release cadence of new software builds and hardware. You will track open items and risks, drive mitigations to closure, and maintain clear, data-backed status for leadership.

Success in this role requires strong technical program management judgment, comfort with networking and connectivity concepts, and the ability to coordinate many moving parts across geographies and organizations. You will define and report the metrics that show verification is on track and anticipate dependencies and risks before they slip. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized TPM who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable working closely with engineers and field teams on real-world hardware in motion, and is energized by the challenge of proving out a brand-new satellite connectivity experience for customers on land, at sea, and in the air.

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- Working knowledge of networking or connectivity concepts (e.g., throughput, latency, packet loss, handovers, DHCP/DNS)

- Experience in satellite, telecommunications, wireless/RF, networking, or other connectivity/hardware domains

- Experience managing test, integration, verification, or field-testing programs, ideally involving physical hardware

- Experience coordinating field operations or vendor-run testing across multiple geographies

- Familiarity with digital-experience monitoring or network test tooling (e.g., ThousandEyes, iperf)

- Experience supporting B2B customer engagements, early-access programs, or product launches

- Experience scaling operational or field programs into new regions
