Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled
Mobility Management Engineer to support enterprise mobile device management (MDM) operations and mobility services. This role is responsible for administering mobile device platforms, supporting device lifecycle management, troubleshooting mobile technologies, and driving operational excellence across mobile environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MDM solutions, mobile operating systems, device enrollment processes, and enterprise mobility support in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and configuration processes.
- Deploy, maintain, and support enterprise mobile devices.
- Perform mobile operating system updates, patching, and upgrade activities.
- Troubleshoot device, application, and connectivity issues.
- Manage device imaging and configuration standards.
- Support global mobility initiatives and mobile technology deployments.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
- Participate in incident management and service restoration activities.
- Assist with mobility migrations, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Generate and analyze mobility performance, asset management, and device visibility reports.
- Support change management processes and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, service desk, and business stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Mobility Management, Endpoint Management, or IT Infrastructure Support
- Experience administering enterprise MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Jamf, or Other enterprise mobility solutions
- Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows mobile environments
- Experience with device enrollment and lifecycle managementKnowledge of ITIL-based incident and change management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global enterprise mobility environments.
- Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.
- Mobility, Microsoft, or endpoint management certifications are a plus.
