Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to Ford and dealership standards.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate corrective action.
- Complete work in compliance with all safety requirements and company policies.
- Document repairs, diagnostic procedures, test results, and labor times accurately on repair orders.
- Maintain a professional mobile work environment and uphold company standards.
- Provide and maintain a personal inventory of standard automotive technician tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Sterling Heights Ford in the field.
What You'll Bring?- Previous automotive repair experience required.
- 1 or more years of experience (Ford)
- ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Work offsite with Clients
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality expertise.
