Our design team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Mobile Product Designer to join our innovative and collaborative team. We live and breathe product design and thrive on creating user experiences that truly stand out. Is this role right for you? - In this role you will:
  • You possess a deep understanding of mobile native UI patterns, the nuances of user expectations between iOS and Android, and the latest trends in mobile design.
  • You'll take the lead in enhancing our product's usability and accessibility, ensuring topnotch experiences for our users.
  • You will elicit designs based on business requirements and align the creative strategy and client experience across product, design, and development teams.
  • Conducting studies on usability, interaction, visual design, content, and information architecture is your forte.
  • Your design decisions will be driven by principles, customer insights, data, and business acumen.
  • Collaboration is second nature to you, whether it's working with business stakeholders, fellow designers, or functional teams.
  • You'll play a key role in evolving the Tangerine Design System, championing a mobilefirst design approach while understanding how to scale solutions across channels.
  • You have knowledge of accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusive design solutions for all users.
  • You are skilled at planning design activities, setting expectations for timelines, and balancing creativity with constraints.

  • Your toolbox includes Figma and Miro, and you excel at creating interactive prototypes, micro-animations, and conducting usability studies to gather user insights.
  • You know the standard UI frameworks and guidelines for iOS and Android inside and out.
  • Quality is your motto; you are a master of annotations and handoffs, and you are meticulous in design QA.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to work smoothly with developers and stakeholders.
  • If you have experience in a financial institution or a related field, that's an added bonus.
