Mobile Device Support Specialist, Mid
The Opportunity:

As a mobile device support specialist on our team, you have the chance to shape security services by contributing to an automated mobile device platform. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like preventative maintenance and grow your skills by merging mobile device management and security to create deliverables. How You'll Contribute:
  • Provision, manage, maintain, and track end user mobile computing devices authorized and assigned to individual personnel for secure and non-secure communications.
  • Configure and maintain mobile computing devices and associated auxiliary devices as directed by the Government and in accordance with applicable DoD Cybersecurity policies, procedures, regulations, and directives.
  • Baseline and maintain end user mobile computing device configurations, including STIGs, and maintains configuration control and policy management of devices.
  • Assist the Government to draft mobile computing policies and procedures, implement and integrate new mobile computing services and technologies, and troubleshoot, repair, and provide logistical support for existing mobile devices.
  • Interface directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
  • Maintain mobile computing device utilization history, including a review of device and service usage, audits, and reconciliation of utilization.
  • Coordinate and manage accountability of new equipment, replacement equipment, and upgrades, and tracks the disposition of equipment throughout its lifecycle

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with standing-up, operating, and maintaining an automated Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform and associated Information Technology (IT)
  • Experience installing software and updating configurations to restore non-working lines or equipment to working condition
  • Experience performing installation and preventative maintenance of mobile devices
  • Ability to perform a variety of electronic and technical assignments on mobile devices and systems
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD IAT Level II Certification
  • Ability to obtain DoW 8140 certification under the Work Role Code 441 - Network Operations Specialist - Intermediate level or higher by October 1, 2026

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
