Full Job Description
Location This is an onsite role based in Camp Hill, PA. About the job you9re considering QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in API/Mobile Manual Testing and Automation within a Retail/E-commerce environment. The role is focused on Mobile Testing, data integrity, and end-to-end retail transactions, using the specified tools across test execution, automation, and debugging. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web / Mobile systems. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Web/Mobile applications. Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty/rewards, and back-office applications. Conduct end-to-end transaction testing (web, cash, credit/debit, mobile wallets, discounts, returns, voids, etc.). Log defects, track resolution, and perform retesting. Support automation of Mobile (iOS/Android) test scenarios where applicable. Ensure testing aligns with compliance standards Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements. Your role Experience in functional digital/Mobile testing. Strong understanding of retail transaction flows and hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing (iOS & Android) Experience using HTTP Proxy applications: Charles/Fiddler or similar tools Experience with Mobile devl tools (Android Studio/Xcode ) Experience with Test/defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,Testrail). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with test automation frameworks. Familiarity with databases (SQL queries for backend validation) Expertise in Appium Mobile Automation Framework Your skills and experience Strong experience with Java, Maven, TestNG/JUnit. Experience in Mobile Manual Testing using Postman Experience in Mobile Automation using Appium/Java/Test NG or equivalent frameworks Strong understanding of REST APIs, Mobile Testing (iOS/Android/Web) OAuth, JWT, JSON, and API integrations Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Cruise Control, GitHub Actions, or similar Experience with network debugging tools such as Proxyman or Charles ProxyExperience in Agile/Scrum development environments Retail/E-commerce domain experienceExperience testing Store Operations, or Omnichannel retail applications Experience with cloud-based device platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest) Knowledge of mobile app release processes for App Store and Google Play StoreFamiliarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and reporting tools such as Allure or Extent Reports Retail Domain TestingExperience in Retail/E-commerce systemsUnderstanding of Cart, checkout, order lifecycle, Pricing, promotions, and loyalty systems (CrowdTwist) Perform API-to-database validation and cross-system reconciliation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
