Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in mine site operations.
• Experience in a dealership or similar work environment is a definite asset.
• Ability to travel to various sites periodically.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model safe and healthy work behaviors to promote a Safety First culture.
• Manage overall remote operations and act as liaison between site management and Toromont Mining Division.
• Drive strategies to achieve customer and Toromont KPIs and business goals, managing financial reporting and budgeting.
• Grow value-add solutions through marketing and profiling of technology and products at site.
• Implement customer-focused continuous improvement projects aligned with cost reduction initiatives.
• Forecast annual parts usage and ensure optimal dealer inventory levels for equipment availability.
• Motivate and coach teams to achieve goals while addressing work-related issues within company guidelines.
