Full Job Description
COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for a Senior MILDEC Planning position in support of the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. This position will provide structure, scope and impacts of analysis relative to Integrated Joint Special Technical Operation (IJSTO)-Special Access Programs (SAPs) within an Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) environment. May require off-site support and periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel. Duties could include any of the following: 3 Assist in MILDEC planning support services, to include developing and gaining approval for MILDEC plans; 3 Assist in MILDEC policy review and development; and integrating MILDEC as a critical enabler of larger military plans, operations, and programs. 3 Provide Senior-level experience for planning MILDEC while utilizing military planning processes (e.g.: JPP, MILDEC, OSPEC and supporting training/certification processes). 3 Support the development of input for MILDEC planning operations in conjunction with MAGTF operations planners; 3 Support the development of MARFOR, MEF and other MAGTF, Theater Campaign Orders, Operational Plans, Contingency Plans, Execute Orders (EXORDs), and Theater Security Cooperation Exercises; 3 Support the review and recommendations for MILDEC plans for compliance with legal and policy requirements during development; 3 Support the development of input for MARFOR and other MAGTF planning efforts during the review and approval process; 3 Facilitate coordination with Combatant Command (CCMD) MILDEC and OPSEC planners to ensure planning efforts are nested with ongoing or planned CCMD plans, interface with DC PP&O/PL as required; 3 Facilitate coordination with MAGTF, CCMD, other services, and interagency intelligence community partners for conduit analysis support to OPSEC and MILDEC planning efforts; 3 Participate in MARFOR, NAVFOR, and CCMD OPSEC and MILDEC Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and Working Groups and provide recommendations to ensure Service equities are represented; 3 Analyze and review MAGTF component plans to operational plans (OPLANS) and contingency plans (CONPLANs) for opportunities to integrate MILDEC efforts; 3 Identify and record MILDEC and OPSEC capability and resource gaps with input from MAGTF planners, and provide recommendations; 3 Support field user evaluation plan input and documentation for IRC equipment; 3 Support the development of deception related, execution and assessment of experimentation for material and nonmaterial gap solutions Required Experience Required Experience: 3 One of the following combinations of education/experience: 3 High school diploma and 12 years of related experience 3 Bachelors degree and 8-10 years of related experience 3 Related experience must include 2+ years direct experience planning or supporting MILDEC, DISO or similar activities. 3 Active TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship 3 Completion of JMTC, or similar MILDEC Planning Course Preferred Qualifications: 3 Related experience with military planning processes and policy 3 Related experience planning for OPSEC/DISO 3 Background as a Military Deception Officer (MDO) or similar position 3 Related experience with other Information Related Capabilities (i.e. PSYOP, IO, OCO, DCO, Civil Affairs, Space, EW) 3 Related experience or education in military intelligence or counter-intelligence, information warfare, cyber, or similar fields 3 Completion of information operations planning courses, or similar training
