Position Overview:- Provide specialized instruction and academic support to middle school students in a resource classroom setting, supporting growth in reading, math, and social-emotional skills.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including progress monitoring and documentation of student growth.
- Assess student needs and utilize data-driven strategies to adapt instruction and support individual learning goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student achievement and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience assessing student needs, developing and implementing IEPs, and evaluating student outcomes through effective special education practices
