Litchfield Park, AZ.Position Overview:- Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support to elementary students with autism spectrum disorders in a structured, inclusive learning environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), using data-driven practices to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies, including structured teaching, positive behavior supports, and visual supports, to promote academic, social, and functional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff to foster student success and create an engaging, supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs, conducting student assessments, and applying evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support students with autism spectrum disorders
