Job Description: We are seeking Full Stack .NET Developers at both the Mid-Level and Senior levels to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications. The development environment is centered around C#, .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript, Vue.js, and Microsoft SQL Server, with the team following Agile/Kanban development practices.
Senior engineers will take on additional technical ownership, contribute to application architecture, and provide mentorship and guidance to other developers. Mid-Level engineers will work across the development lifecycle while collaborating with senior team members to build and support software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack web applications.
- Build backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.
- Create front-end functionality using JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Design and maintain database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
- Enhance existing applications and contribute to new development projects.
- Investigate software issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, integration, deployment, and ongoing application support.
- Utilize Git, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft development tools.
- Work within an Agile/Kanban environment to plan and deliver development tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Contribute to application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Qualifications: Mid-Level: - 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with JavaScript and a modern framework such as Vue.js or React.
- Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- At least 1 year of experience using Git.
- Understanding of software development, testing, deployment, integration, and maintenance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Senior: - 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the core technologies listed above.
- Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Vue.js preferred; React or another modern JavaScript framework will also be considered.
- Experience designing and developing complex software solutions.
- Background contributing to application architecture and technical strategy.
- Experience mentoring developers and/or conducting code reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Details: - U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Government, defense, or other regulated-environment experience is beneficial.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a traditional software engineering environment; this is not an AI-focused position.
- Enterprise web application and service-oriented architecture experience is highly desirable.
- Multiple openings are available at both the Mid-Level and Senior levels.
