Full Job Description
Location: Remote, located on the east coast with a focus on New England - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

The Mid-Market Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting existing customers and driving growth by increasing package volume shipped with OnTrac. This is a long-cycle sales role focused on building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to account management, operational support, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize territory effectiveness.

  • Collaborate for success: Support the Director of Customer Success through reporting, administrative tasks, and sales initiatives to maximize territory performance.
  • Engage customers: Prepare and present business reviews, attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Champion best practices: Apply business development strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
