Mid-Level OSINT Instructor to play a key role in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions. As an OSINT Training Instructor, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implementing new TTPs, and providing expert instruction to students.
Clearance Required for this role: Active TS/SCI with ability/willingness to obtain/maintain Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (Active CIP preferred; must have CIP before start on program)
Responsibilities: - Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks
- Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments
- Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft
Requirements: - Intelligence Community experience required
- All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required
- 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Desired Education, Experience & Skills - Master's degree desired.
- OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus.
- Language certification a plus.
An approximate annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$135,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
