Standard Skillset Role: Java Full Stack Developer
Must Have:- Java 8+ and Core Java fundamentals
- Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Angular (v10+ preferred) or equivalent modern frontend framework
- REST API design, development, and integration
- Microservices architecture experience
- SQL and relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka, JMS, MQ, etc.)
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, business domains, and applications
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects, teams, or functional areas
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
