Where We Need You

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft team.

What You Can Expect

As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

The Protiviti Microsoft Services team provides services to Clients for the strategy, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions utilizing Microsoft applications such as, but not limited to:

  • M365 Security & Compliance applications


  • Planning, Configuring, & Deploying Purview, Defender, Intune, etc.


  • M365 Tenant and all-Inclusive Applications


  • SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, M365 Apps, Engage, Viva, etc.


  • Includes experience in Planning, Governance, Compliance, Security, Migrations, Deployments, etc.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstrated experience with:


  • Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite from a technical administration standpoint


  • Specific focus on experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview (IP, DLP, DLM, eDiscovery) across the collaboration suite of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, & Exchange


  • Delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365. (expertise related GCC and GCCH is desired but not required)


  • Working with global and large M365 tenants


  • Some of the following Microsoft and other technologies:


  • Entra


  • PowerShell


  • PnP


  • Azure


  • Microsoft Graph


  • Microsoft Migration Manager


  • 3rd party Migration Tools Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout.


  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.


  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.


  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.


  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.


  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.


Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree)


  • 5+ years working with strong emphasis on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work technologies


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.


  • Professional Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP, or similar strongly preferred.


Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$105,000.00 - $155,000.00
