Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and optimize business processes across sales, customer service, finance, operations, or CRM/ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP applications.
- Design workflows, business processes, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop customizations using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) where applicable.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications using APIs and Azure services.
- Perform data migration, system testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and business users.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules such as:
- Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce)
- Business Central
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL, Azure services, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of business processes across CRM and/or ERP domains.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or Power Platform Developer certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
