Job Description :
- Provide technical leadership by collaborating with Solution Architects and technical teams to understand solution designs and architecture decisions.
- Offer technical guidance and direction to offshore development teams
- Break down requirements into well-defined technical tasks and development work packages
- Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business expectations
- Support design discussions technical estimations and solution planning activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the offshore development team clarifying requirements addressing blockers and facilitating communication
- Monitor delivery progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate development testing defect resolution and deployment activities
- Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning backlog grooming daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Create prioritize and manage technical user stories tasks defects and enhancements in Jira
- Convert business requirements into detailed Jira epics features stories and technical tickets
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of delivery progress using Jira dashboards and reports
- Apply strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to design and develop enterprisegrade applications and APIs
- Utilize a good understanding of RESTful services integration patterns and distributed systems
- Implement project governance and planning activities to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
- Work closely with architects product owners and engineering teams to interpret solution architecture documents and technical design artifacts

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to offshore teams to drive quality and productivity
- Decompose complex requirements into actionable technical tasks and manage their execution
- Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams to resolve blockers and clarify requirements
- Oversee Agile delivery processes including managing Jira boards sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to stakeholders
- Enforce project governance practices and contribute to project planning activities
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices in all deliverables
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of solutions
