Lanteris Space LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intuitive Machines, is currently seeking an MGSE Planner to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.

This rolerequires strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Independently develop and manage short- and long-range MGSE plans based on manufacturing forecasts, program requirements, equipment capacity, maintenance requirements, and business priorities
  • Coordinate MGSE availability to support current and future manufacturing schedules.
  • Analyze production plans and identify MGSE requirements, capacity constraints, shortages, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Maintain accurate MGSE planning data, equipment status, utilization, availability, and readiness information.
  • Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Ensure planning activities are consistent with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of MGSE
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving MGSE capacity and availability issues, including evaluating alternatives and recommending resource allocation and prioritization across competing programs.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor's degree or four additional years of work experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to be certified to operate forklifts, man lifts, equipment tugs, and cranes.


Amazing to have:
  • Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office and SharePoint software preferred.
  • Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work any shift on a flexible schedule if required

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within California is: $70,000.00 - $116,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
