Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to grow existing clients and attain new clients.
- Assist Independant Sales Consultants (ISC) to provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Develop and implement marketing plans with management as needed.
- Analyze records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports to increase sales by Independant Sales Consultants (ISC).
- Create/ coach and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist Independant Sales Consultants in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Conduct one-on-one review with all Independant Sales Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Independant Sales Consultant's sales and activity performance.
- Develop and mentor the team through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain Independant Sales Consultants morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately supported with required competencies. Collaborate with other management team leads example; Service manager to align programs for growth
Required Experience:Education Work Experience - At least 7 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role.
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within Ontario mainly)
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
The anticipated salary range for this position:
$132,800.00 - $199,200.00 Annual
