Salary Range: $110,430 - $122,700

Key Responsibilities may include:
  • Work with internal customers to assess training needs, define appropriate solutions, evaluate budgets, and oversee project deliverables.
  • Liaison with multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation of courseware and related deliverables.
  • Manage course vendors, timelines, deliverables, and overall quality within contracted budgets.
  • Creatively grow the scope of training to capitalize on emerging technologies and industry practices.


Detail Activities
  • Work with customer departments to assess training needs, define appropriate solutions, evaluate budgets, and oversee project deliverables.
    • Manage pre-vendor processes: analyses, RFPs, bid evaluation, vendor selection, etc.
    • Select, onboard, and manage vendors.
    • Document all projects in digital.ai.
    • Ensure templates, design standards, and other contracted specifics are observed; review/approve all deliverables prior to implementation.
  • Liaison with multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation of courseware and related deliverables.
    • Meet with content owners, SMEs, support department contacts, and other business representatives to orchestrate implementation.
    • Monitor project and department spend vs. plan, escalate issues to the Instructional Design manager and stakeholders.
    • Support train-the-trainer, pilots, and other implementation activities.
  • Manage course vendors, timelines, deliverables, and overall quality within contracted budgets.
  • Use and maintain digital.ai to closely monitor status of projects and deliverables
    • Maintain monthly budget and forecasts for RFPs and active projects
    • Review courseware to ensure quality standards, template compliance, SharePoint process compliance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, communication, computer, and organizational skills are required.
  • Experience should include time-management skills. Problem solving skills, people skills, and multi-tasking skills to work through the varied initiatives in a timely and effective manner to include.
  • Ensure quality of course materials and direction of projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Approve milestone documents, including design documents, storyboards, drafts, etc.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including working difficult issues within and across departmental boundaries; maintaining a positive outlook and motivating individuals and teams to higher levels of achievement by creating enthusiasm, a feeling of investment, and a desire to excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience creating, reviewing, and implementing training materials designed to support safe, consistent, and effective employee performance.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 applications. Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review, and related tools) to develop, review, test, and implement courseware while ensuring compliance with instructional design standards and business requirements.
  • Experience with V1/Agility/GitHub to closely monitor status of projects and deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with preferred proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Copilot.
