Full Job Description
As Manager Operations, you will lead a team of operations employees and are responsible for the operations and safety of everyone within your area. You will ensure all employees are adequately trained to identify hazards and safely carry out duties, while delivering reliable business results. The ability to demonstrate safety leadership and nurture positive relationships with customers and the community are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Ensures all work performed is in accordance with established policies and procedures; conducts annual review of operating procedures and assists in developing new procedures as needed; leads risk and incident management programs
  • Leads workforce planning and career development for team members
  • Develops/coordinates budgets, plan and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
  • Cascades relevant safety-related communications to the local operations team members, including outage plans, noteworthy near misses, root cause analysis findings and lessons learned
  • Promotes and proposes optimization efforts to capitalize on efficient and safe use of physical facilities
  • Maintains a consistent and regular presence at work sites to supervise and audit critical safety procedures and provides immediate and regular feedback
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in processing plants, gathering, NGL/petrochemical and transmission pipelines, or other related experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving record
