In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
In this role you will be part of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) product line and directly responsible for leading an Integrated Product Team within a large development program.
Key expectations of the role include:
- Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes scope within a large development program.
- Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Skills and Education• Track record of success in planning and executing large, complex programs
• Experience working with multi-discipline cross functional project teams, utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully manage assigned program(s)
• Ability to understand and communicate with senior management regarding program performance status (cost/schedule/resources/risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives
• Demonstrate visible leadership across the program leading by example and driving program performance excellence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
• Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties and in external interactions
• Actively manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
• Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director
• Experience developing and delivering winning proposals
• Secret clearance eligible
Preferred Skills and Education• Master's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification
• EMD (Engineering and Manufacturing Development) phase leadership
• Experience managing complex subcontracts
• Active Secret clearance
