Job OverviewLeads the identification, design, and implementation of continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve process efficiency.
Job RequirementsResponsibilities:- Partner with the Site Leader to develop and execute the site's Operational Excellence strategy through the TEOA operating system.
- Lead the deployment and sustainment of Continuous Improvement initiatives that drive measurable business results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity.
- Own the execution of the Harris Lean System roadmap, including quarterly assessments, executive reviews, and continuous improvement action plans.
- Develop leaders by coaching Lean Leadership, Daily Management, Problem Solving, and Operational Excellence principles.
- Drive the implementation and sustainment of Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and other Lean systems across the site.
- Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and strategic improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve operational performance.
- Partner cross functionally to optimize end to end value streams and support capacity, planning, and operational priorities.
- Monitor Operational Excellence performance through KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis to identify gaps and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement through visible leadership and Gemba based coaching.
- Ensure all Continuous Improvement activities are standardized, sustained, and aligned with corporate Operational Excellence objectives.
What your background should look like- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- TEOA Practitioner Certification required or ability to obtain certification within the first year.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of manufacturing experience with progressive responsibility in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years leading site level Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Daily Management Systems, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem solving methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and drive organizational change through influence, coaching, and collaboration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees from the shop floor to senior leadership.
- Experience leading Kaizen events, operational transformation projects, and change management initiatives with measurable business results.
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, material flow, and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing with urgency and delivering sustainable results.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in the local language is required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Experience with Lean transformation frameworks (e.g., Harris Lean System, Toyota Production System, Danaher Business System, or similar) is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $165,000 - $214,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
