This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading logistics contact center operations that support retail coffeehouses with order, delivery, and service-related needs. The role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and partner-centered issue resolution while developing team capability, improving case management practices, and using operational insights to identify trends, reduce recurring contact drivers, and strengthen end-to-end logistics support. Partners with logistics, distribution, planning, technology, and retail operations teams to resolve service issues, improve processes, and support enterprise-wide logistics solutions goals.
As a Manager Global Logistics I, you will...
- Lead contact center operations to deliver timely, accurate, and partner-centered support for retail stores and cross-functional stakeholders, using performance metrics, case insights, and partner feedback to monitor volume, service levels, trends, risks, and staffing needs.
- Develop, coaches, and lead contact center LSRs by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, building capability, and fostering a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, service excellence, continuous improvement, and Starbucks guiding principles.
- Identifies process gaps, service barriers, and recurring contact drivers; designs and implements tools, standard operating procedures, knowledge resources, and case management practices that simplify workflows, reduce rework, strengthen support processes, and improve end-to-end service delivery in partnership with logistics, distribution, planning, technology, and retail operations teams.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
