Coram Home Infusion business. As an
FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across
Volume, Revenue, and Margin, partnering closely with business leaders to influence strategy and results.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape financial outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities of the Manager role include but are not limited to:- Daily, weekly, monthly volume reporting
- Month end close responsibilities
- Tracking performance against forecast, identifying risks/opportunities versus the plan & actively engaging with the business to mitigate risks/take action on opportunities
- Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting process for Volume, Revenue & Margin working hand in hand with business leaders
- Being a resource for the Coram business leaders in understanding financial impacts of their actions & achievement of their metrics.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years relevant finance work experience and prior FP&A experience in a similar large publicly traded organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectations.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems.
- Knowledge of pricing & reimbursement in the healthcare industry
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines
- Experience synthesizing and analyzing large sets of data
Education- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and or equivalent relevant work experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
