About the role As a Facilities Manager, you will provide directions in all aspects of Real Estate, Facility Operations, and Security Services for Insight's headquarters in Chandler, AZ as well as other regionally assigned locations. We will count on you to be responsible for real estate management, facility maintenance, engineering, and operations, space planning, mail room services, visitor experience, and oversight of physical security services. As a
Facilities Manager, you will get to:
- Work with Director, Real Estate and Facilities to plan and develop short- and long-term objectives regarding Real Estate, Facility Operations, and Security Services. Establishes consistent overall departmental objectives between facility regions while determining timetables and resource requirements to meet departmental objectives.
- Responsible for establishing and implementation of Facility and Physical Security Policies while providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all teammates.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate internal and external facility and security reports and presentations, including but not limited to occupancy reports, real estate portfolio, top sheets, and maintenance and janitorial checklists.
- Serve as departmental liaison to teammates at Insight's headquarters for all Real Estate, Facilities Operations, and Physical Security requests and inquiries, as well as other regionally assigned locations.
- Oversee physical security and safety of the headquarters facility, as well as other regionally assigned locations.
- Act as direct management and contact for all Facilities, Administrative Service, and Physical Security personnel.

What we're looking for- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus five to ten years related work experience and/or training; or Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college/university plus two to four years related work experience and/or training; or Master's Degree (MA) plus three years related work experience and/or training.
- Five years of experience with central plant maintenance.
- Five years of experience in specialty or related field.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
- Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and/or other teammates.
