DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven record of success to leverage ChargeAfter's embedded lending platform value proposition in the market. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in new merchant acquisition and ChargeAfter's revenue growth in a fast-paced market environment.
Responsibilities- Build a sales pipeline by focusing on targeted merchants to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
- Execute results by signing deals with strategic new customers.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and refine the selling process to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Represent ChargeAfter at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA - advantage).
- 3 years of Experience in solution selling Saas products to Merchants / Retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.).
- Experience in payments/ POS financing products to Merchants / retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.) - advantage.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to get buy-in from senior executives through clear communication and alignment on key success factors .
- Analytical thinker who can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the fast-paced market environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
NYC Posting: In accordance with New York City Local Law 32, the expected salary for this role is between $150,000-$170,000. This role may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or stock options. All offers to candidates will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's individual experience, skill set, background and other business and organizational needs.
