Partners cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate Marketplace growth, enhance the omnichannel customer journey, and bring culturally relevant solutions to customers and communities nationwide.
What you'll do: - Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, incorporating pricing, promotion, and channel decisions.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, analyzing daily business performance to meet financial targets and optimize inventory.
- Lead supplier negotiations, establishing terms, performance metrics, and communication protocols to drive profitability and price leadership.
- Oversee customer experience initiatives, including search optimization, product presentation, and omni-channel recommendations.
- Manage and develop team members, setting priorities, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decisions, support assortment planning, and implement continuous improvements across category operations.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in category strategy development and execution for moderately complex categories.
- Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership and budget forecasting.
- Expertise in supplier management and negotiation to drive price leadership and profitability.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including coaching, performance evaluation, and development.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analysis and digital tools to influence strategic initiatives.
- Effective decision-making skills with a focus on customer-centric and omni-channel strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
