Job DescriptionThe Merchandising Manager, Pre-Filled Displays brings our brands to life in the shopping environment by developing high-impact, cost-effective, in-store marketing, pre-pack display and point of buying materials consistent with Mondelez Global NA business strategies. You will be completely involved in end-to-end business planning cycles, participating in the annual planning of the national and customer specific POS, Display, PPD / shipper calendar, and the management of financial and product supply information related to these calendars.
This position is the business owner and project manager for all PRD & shipper programs for their assigned product categories.
How you will contributeYou will:
- Manage & track all aspects of financial implications display programming has to company P&L
- Manage all aspects of the display, PRD & shipper development process including vendor briefings and the development of the display, PPD / Shipper structure
- Establish program financial budgets and feasibility, including margin and / or ROI analysis
- Manage required 2 bid procurement pricing process and RFPs as necessary for new structure designs
- Manage Demand Planning forecast inputs, including researching oversell/undersell issues
- Co-manage the Critical Path production timeline and 3rd party vendor management process, including determine production timing and quantity
- Co-manage finished goods inventory levels based on program sell through and program windows
- Co-manage the graphic design development and approval process, ensuring final graphics deliver on in-store marketing commitments
- Develop and publish all necessary sales material related to the national PPD / Shipper calendar

Education / Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Packaging, or Graphic Design preferred.
Job specific requirements:- 4+ years of experience in pre-pack display design, production, process, and materials, ideally in the CPG industry.
- Advanced MS Office Skills, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated expertise in reading and understanding die lines, print specifications, and paperboard types & specifications.
- Understanding of proper use of multiple print material substrates.
- Knowledge of multiple material production processes and general knowledge of graphics and shopper communication development required.
Travel requirements: Minimal.
Work schedule: This is a full-time hybrid position based at our U.S. HQ office in East Hanover, NJ.
Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
