Overview

The Merchandising Manager at Crocs Inc.is responsible for driving the merchandising strategy for North America Wholesale, assortment execution and financial performance across wholesale accounts. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Always keep in mind what our consumers want, what's trending and while aligning to global vision and regional business needs. We're a fast-paced team that thrives on teamwork, creativity and delivering results under tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Build and tailor account-specific product assortments for wholesale accounts using data, customer insights and global merchandising plans that drive revenue and margin.
  • Support seasonal launches and bring new products to market in line with brand objectives.
  • Align product offerings with consumer needs, regional strategies, and distribution channels.
  • Lead briefing and integration of SMU and inline product strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Global Merchandising, Planning and Marketing teams to tell compelling product stories and improve channel performance.
  • Supervise product performance and lead lifecycles to optimize sales across wholesale channels.
  • Monitor consumer insights, market trends and account feedback into localized assortment decisions and GTM strategies
  • Present assortments to key accounts and support custom requests while staying aligned with overall strategy.
  • Contribute to various merchandising initiatives and travel as needed for presentations and account meetings.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or planning (footwear experience is a plus).

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
