MEP Superintendent/Project Manager Mechanical Superintendent/Project Manager- Hospital
Scope of work for the Mechanical Superintendent/Project Manager:Manage all aspects of the day-to-day construction to replace all windows with new, more energy efficient windows. The scope also includes abatement of hazardous material adjacent to the windows, restoration of masonry lintels and the restoration/repairs of interior disturbed surfaces. The work is carefully phased and scheduled to take advantage of unprogrammed rooms within the occupied building.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years related experience including all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, interior renovations, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to lead all functions of construction project management including planning, designing, processing, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting, and timely completion of projects without compromising quality & safety.
- OSHA 30 Required.
- This is an On-Site project in Brooklyn
- Hospital Experience is preferred.
