Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP construction supervision
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems
• Familiar with applicable Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes
• Demonstrated experience as a MEP Superintendent on substantial commercial projects
• Ability to interpret design drawings and schematics effectively
• Experience on large-scale projects without prior MEP infrastructure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and startup of MEP systems
• Develop detailed schedules for MEP installation activities including costs and resources
• Approve materials and equipment for MEP systems before installation
• Coordinate all MEP construction activities
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers for self-performed work and subcontracting
• Oversee field personnel and manage operations on a daily basis
• Optimize crew and equipment coordination for maximum efficiency
• Select, train, and evaluate personnel while ensuring staff training needs are met
• Enforce safety and environmental standards through the company’s Safety Program
• Ensure project completion adheres to schedules, budgets, and contract specifications
