Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in MEP project management
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in the manufacturing or life sciences sectors
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding project status
• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve goals
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Prepare and present project progress reports
